| LOCATION ANALYSIS |
| Accra is the second Largest City in Ghana after Ashanti, with population of 2.9 million, which is stretched along the Atlantic Coast & north into the interior. |

| The Refinery is located in ACCRA, very close to the International Airport. Linked with the Western Region of Ghana which has a very well developed mining operation with good access roads to Accra with major international mining company's infrastructure facilities and utilities services in the location area are of very high standards. |

| PRODUCTION CAPACITY |
|
| The completed refinery will be expected to produce 100 Metric Tons as well as up to 20 Tons of Gold Jewellery annually. This is expected to increase to 200 – 400 Metric Tons. |

| RAW MATERIALS |
|
| It is anticipated that the government of Ghana guaranteed to deliver important portion of the total production of Gold from the mining companies to supplement what the company will get directly from the mines and the sub region according to Act 703 of 2006 Adding to these all the small scales Gold Companies whom are licensed in ECOWAS. |

 Enter into supply agreement with Government of Ghana for the supply of important portion of the Gold Produced in the country for refining.- Government only licensed GoldCoast Gold Ltd. Refinery since October 2008
- GoldCoast Gold Refinery Ltd. is given free zone status.
- Government assists with the provision of a safe facilities, example with the Bank of Ghana for the refined Gold.
