| Clenergen has reached an understanding with Euroget De-invest s.a (Plc) for execution of two projects in Ghana through a special purpose vehicle, Clenergen Ghana Limited for a 56MW/Hr national grid supply project backed by sovereign guarantees at US 10 cents per KW/Hr and a 16MW/Hr project for exclusive supply to one of the largest diamond mining companies at US 17 cents per KW/Hr. Detailed Project Reports are under preparation and the 16MW/Hr project is expected to go on stream by December 2010. |
